I already set up my database and username when I uploaded everything to my site I only get and error

Can’t select database
We were able to connect to the database server (which means your username and password is okay) but not able to select the wordpressintservblog_zxq_wpblogs database.

Are you sure it exists?
Does the user 361176_guineo have permission to use the wordpressintservblog_zxq_wpblogs database?
On some systems the name of your database is prefixed with your username, so it would be like username_wordpressintservblog_zxq_wpblogs. Could that be the problem?
If you don't know how to set up a database you should contact your host. If all else fails you may find help at the WordPress Support Forums.

the way that our db works is like this:

Your DB name would be wordpressintservblog_zxq_wpblogs cause its sub_domain_dbname

And your DB User is 361176_guineo
