(my domain is www.lenycleaning.co.uk)
when i type www.lenycleaning.co.uk it directs me to the site but the address changes to just lenycleaning.co.uk - www. disappears.
how can this be fixed so the www. works properly?

...i have already contacted my domain provider and they said that the problem is in the host, not the domain settings

we had it set on our servers for www. not to show on the address bar but if you want the www. then you will need to make a sub-domain with www in it but just note that it will not take over your root but make a folder www in your hosting account.

just found out that the subdomain www will not work so you will not get www at all
