Hi,

I cannot delete folders on the file manager online or through FTP...

They are mostly old folders from a past PHPBB installation and now won't remove... Is there a way to remove them or even format the server/domain?

In your FTP client, set it so it shows hidden files/folder as I'm 100% positive that you have left over .htaccess's in your folders.
