I know i am not allowed to HOST warez because it's illegal....
However, it is fully LEGAL to LINK to warez....
So i wanted to ask (to just make sure, before i waste my time) if i am allowed to LINK to warez files...

No you cannot host "Warez" because of it being illegal nor can you link to "Warez" as it violates Zymic's Terms of Service (?) and it is still partially illegal to link to them anyways.

I understand that hosting warez is illegal, but LINKING to warez is fully LEGAL.
I can tell you a website, which is fully LEGAL and LINKS to warez, but does not host it....

And could you please tell me which TOS i would be violating if i do this....
