HELP!!

I am trying to publish a website and it gets almost all the way done 99% and says Can't upload file Index.xhl then quits
So I tried deleting that file. It gets 99% done then says Operation has timed out and quits.

I'm using Web Designer 6 to create my pages then publishing them from there to the information I received when I created an account on Zymic
for uploading using an FTP.

what am I doing wrong?

We are only an html and php/mysql host and your index page needs to be index.html or index.php not Index.html Index.php or Index.xhl nor home.html or home.php
