I have a domain name registered through godaddy.com, I have been onto godaddy and have entered the nameservers: ns1.zxq.net and ns2.zxq.net. Those correspond with my site astralcars.zxq.net as I have read in the forums. I then went to the control pannel for my web hosting, account settings and entered the domain in the format I have read about in the forums: tristanslater.com. Everytime I go back to that screen the old astralcars.zxq.net is back in the "Custom .com Domain Name" field. And when I go to my domain, I get a 404 error from zymic. So I would assume that the nameserver setup has completed correctly on godaddy, but it is not finding the right site on this end. Can anyone help?

Same with me. my site is bobotoh.zxq.net. I set up the dns to ns1.zxq.net and ns2.zxq.net. I want to host bobotoh.net on Zymic. So far, it doesntt work as well.

I can't access my custom domain. Everytime enter www.bobotoh.net, it redirect to zymic-hosting with 404 message. I think I setup neccesary configuration correctly, my site is bobotoh.zxq.net. I set the dns to ns1.zxq.net and ns2.zxq.net. I want to host bobotoh.net on Zymic. So far, it doesntt work, but it works with bobotoh.zxq.net.

I am sorry, I am also a newbie like you but please be patient and not screaming. I am sure the admins is/will be working on this issue if we report the problem nicely. But screaming and not being polite will only make matters worse. Maybe you can try asking them to add the domain name manually, just a suggestion.

I am having the same problem. Yesterday, after I was finally able to FTP the rest of my files, I went into the Account Settings area and entered my domain name (isaacandnathan.com) and clicked confirm. I already have the name servers set up with godaddy correctly. It was working last night but this morning it isn't. I go back into the account settings and it shows the subdomain isaacstephen.zymichost.com or something like that. I can "confirm" my domain name again and again but it still shows the subdomain. What am I doing wrong?

Yes , I have the same problem , i have opened my account recently here, and the subdomain isn`t changing , every time i give it my payed domain ( .com ) as the custom .com , and i log out then login again , it shows that default domain( .99k.org ) in that field , and things are getting worse !! i cant even log in to my account , it again shows the problem of the days 8 to 10 .jan.08 !!!

Then it would be very better if it shows a true " Wrong Password" picture or page instaad of that " login successful" Picture

It appears there's a bug in the hosting backend, someone has been informed and it should be fixed before long.

Do you know how soon it will be fixed?

I have ogoclan.com registered and cannot replace oswald.zxq.net with it! I have tried following the instruction but always reverts back to oswald.zxq.net.
