I did a little checking into your large images not being visible in the gallery slideshow ... I've come to the basic conclusion that: While the thumbnail images are present in the images/gallery/thumbs folder there doesn't appear to be any images/gallery/large folder with any large images available for the gallery to display and may be the reason of the "loader.gif" file to be present as image in the gallery window. I'd check to verify the large images are present in the "large" folder and if present I would then double-check my file paths of the <a href=""></a> (i.e., <a href="images/gallery/large/1.jpg">).

Thanks for your comment, I finally solved the problem. the problem was on file issue.
Some of my images was saved in JPG instead of jpg extension

that makes it error..
