Exactly what it says.
mail() isn't allowed on those servers.

Not currently. We certainly won't make it globally permitted, if we did then our free hosting would be used by spammers.

As of now there is no way to send emails from our free hosting accounts. In the future we might create a white list of sites which can use sendmail, and if we do then you could apply for that. Until then however if you want to host the main site here you would need to host the part of the site which sends emails on a remote host or alternatively use the <a> with a href="mailto:..." (however this means disclosing the email address, which is not as secure).
