My admin panel is messed up. How could I get it look normal? Left side has all options 2-3 times and all links are working.

it does work just make sure you have java enable on your browser and refresh it

Java is enabled and browser refreshed - > still a mess...
then some files didnt get uploaded to wp-admin just reupload wp-admin folder
