Hi. I am new to Zymic. So far I've found the Zymic service to be pretty user-friendly and easy to understand. Until it came time to upload my site. (I have a few sites with other web-hosts that are paid services. This is my first time trying Zymic because of it's free services. This will be very helpful to me for testing sites that my clients have not committed to paying for yet.)

I use iWeb to design my sites. I have entered the FTP information correctly - at least I think so because when I do a "test" through iWeb, it says the test connection is successful and I can proceed with uploading the site. So I proceed, and I get periodic messages from iWeb asking if I want to replace a file that is already there - so I can tell that it is accessing my account and sending files over. But it never finishes. It eventually says it has problems connecting with the host and to try again later.

Thinking maybe I'm having a problem with the iWeb FTP client, I then tried my RBrowserLite FTP software, which I have used for a few other web sites. I entered all my FTP information as usual, but it tells me it cannot connect to the server.

So, now I am trying to access my files through Zymic, just to see what's actually in there. But I get a message that the file manager is down and I have to use my own FTP to access the files. Well, since none of my FTP's can connect, I have no other options.

Help.......?

Well, I was finally able to get my RBrowser to work. Maybe your servers were busy when I tried earlier. The uploading process took some time to complete, but it did finally work, and my sites (two of them in progress now) are up and running.

So, being new to Zymic, I am learning that you guys have lots of users and your system gets slow at times, or doesn't work at all, and your file manager has been offline for quite some time. But, for now, I am happy that I got through. I still think your web site is easy to navigate and for a free service with no ads, this is pretty nice. So thank you.
