Hi,

Since last sunday, impossible to connect to my account through FTP or by Control Panel on Zymic Website ...

The message tells the following : "Your account is currently being moved to another file server, during this time, your account will be inaccessible; we apologise for the inconvenience. This should be completed within the next 48 hours, your site will remain online during this time and may briefly experience downtime."

I understand, no problems, but 48Hours are already past and still no access.

Someone can tell me when it will be available ?

Regards.

Hi,

It's been 9 days that I've been attempting to connect, getting the same message. I have noticed on the twitter page, that between the transfer start of each letter, there has been roughly 16-19 days. The only exception being from 'b' and 'c' (10 days). However, while 'a' to 'b' was 18 days, 'a' was announced as completed after approximately 25 hours.

Is it reasonable to assume that it could take 16-19 days (7-9 more days from now) for the transfer of the 'f' websites?? I can't imagine why it would take so long—even 9 days seems long—especially when the 'a' sites only took one day. Unless there are significantly less websites that begin with 'a', I would conclude that there has been some major, technical setback that has caused the transfer to take much longer than it would have under normal circumstances.

It would be nice to have a more accurate time-frame than 48 hours has proven to be.
