Just now, my friend use my account to upload script. minutes later, i've been blocked. I have been informed that the script that my friend upload is a facebook phishing script. any help on getting back my account? lots of my blog post are there.

The chances of you getting you account unsuspended is very unlikely. I personally don't know if your friend really did upload a facebook phishing script or not, or you are just lying to get it back, but either way, if your friend did do that, that is still your fault because you gave out your information to your friend, or they somehow got onto your computer.
