Well if you don't like Dreamweaver's Trial Version or don't have the luxury of MS Frontpage, then these are WYSIWYG HTML Editors worth trying:
1. CoffeeCup Free HTML Editor
2. Evrsoft First Page
Well of course these may not actually work exactly as those mentioned above, but still they're viable option to try out.

It seems that there are plenty of like products over the Internet. I am using dreamweaver really. It is handy and powerful either!

Dreamweaver is so ultimate web designing editor. I like it much more because It having a lot of features. Get trail version and enjoy web designing. all the best.

I think Dreamweaver is the best tool to edit web design because it auto generates HTML tags and if you do any changes even you can see in the design interface.
