Hey guys. im having some issues and im hoping you guys can help. My website is being hosted on this site. and i have been trying to upload files using ftp. I was using Microsoft Expression and basically i can upload empty folders and those will go over no problems, but as soon as i send anything else, it pasues for like 30 seconds and an error message pops up

i dunno what is goin on there. anyways i thought there might be a problem with my Expression Web, So i decided ill try and load it up on dream weaver. Dream weaver has an option which allows you to test the connection before you upload stuff. When i entered the information and pressed test, it brought up:
