Hi all,

I have a domain name with co.CC which points to bobmanuk.zzl.org

I don't use it often but I have noticed recently that co.CC have blocked ns2.zzl.org

On the co.cc cp ns1 looks ok but its still not showing my web page properly.

Any suggestions?

Appologies if this has been mentioned on another thread, I did search but couldn't find anything.

scratch that, ive just seen it on another thread that its co.cc that have blocked the nameserver, its just strange that by ns1. there is no warning.

still whats the best alternative, can i change the name server to something else?

well you can try and use A Records

I tried that, but that would mean using the IP of bobmanuk.zzl.org which just does nothing.

I tried using URL forwarding but co.cc put their own nasty <domain> - powered by CO.CC as the page title.

I have tried putting the name servers in again but i guess once they have updated it may not work again.

no the ip of your url wont work for a records use 67.220.217.230 and also if co.cc ban Zymic ns servers we cant do anything about that at all
