Would you stay on a Free web hosting service provider who doesn't even address their members concerns properly??
Specially to those new members?.. How come the new members cant log in to website they created?
I've read many treads here about those log in problems.

The point of being a new is not the issue here, but the issue of addressing the concerns of your members
is... and giving them at least a descent short reply and saying what have caused those log in issues??
and what the management is currently doing to correct those problems? I emailed some members here and
asked them if someone form zymic have sent them emails in response to the log in problems they've reported,
and all of the replies i got is.. nah-dah! no email replies from zymic of what so ever.

So what now??? Should the new members who cant log in just leave and move to a much better free web
hosting provider like the other guy i quoted did? Bcoz right now, your new members STILL CANT LOG IN???

how come you read posts from new members but you dont get to address their concerns?

1. Zymic hosting is free and requires no posting on a forum. If you want 100% guaranteed uptime, shell out a few bucks and go with paid hosting somewhere else.
2. Zymic hosting is brand new and expanding at an incredible pace. Systems need to be upgraded accordingly. Upgrades cost money, and at the moment there isn't a revenue stream.

They can't login because they enter their passwords incorrectly. I'm sure if you bothered to read the topics and answers you'd understand.



I have addressed this issue plenty of times. Again you are making a big deal over the fact users cannot login.

Why Dont you try a Dummy Account??? Then Go to the CONTROL PANEL and make a Website and
Try to Log in to that web site and see What THOSE PROBLEMS YOU SAID THAT IM MAKING A BIG DEAL OF?...

Yeahs sure they can log in to the main page, but to the website they created, still cant.

Did you you see Ad at the top of the Web Page that says...

Its their Ads right?... If they cant get new members how will
they get potential customers if they cant log in to the website they created.
How will they recommend Zymic if its like this?
Would you recommend a Free Web Hosting service to a friend that you can't even log in to?
If they did and if they cant log in? what would they think about that recommendation you said to them?
