What is that stats folder that is in my web folder, Or is that something I'm doing. I'm thinking its something that Zymic must of put there, I deleted it once, but thats whenever I deleted everything. Just wondering. It doesnt slow down the time it takes to load webpages does it.

It was the legacy directory to keep statistics for your website, it's no longer used; but no, it doesn't slow down your site.
