Packed my Joomla 1.5 template to .zip,
then Go to admin Control Panel > Extensions > install/uninstall,
And i choice 'Upload Package File' is mean upload through my computer,
Then later on i get this error:

And also my "Directory Permissions" Is fully Writable.
