I picked Zymic because it looked like the most professional ftp host of my options.
I'm using Filezilla to do my FTP, and I'm trying to upload phpBB to my server, but after about 20 files, the client hangs, and then loses connection. Then it can't reconnect, even if I restart the client. About ten to thirty minutes later, I can reconnect, but the same issue happens- it breaks after about a minute of uploading.

Any thoughts?

you need to increase your timeout to 120
