Celebration of Specialness
I don’t want freedom, I don’t want justice, only just want to be loved
The day wasn’t bad, the day wasn’t good, only just without love
When I come into a town for the first time I see the light in the sky, the people in what they do, where they go, I see the stars appear one by one in the dark of the sky
When I’ve been there for a while the light is no longer noticed, the people are not seen for what they do, where they go, I no longer see the stars
I left for freedom, I left for justice, I left in want to be loved
The day wasn’t bad, the day wasn’t good, only just a celebration of specialness in the day never to come again
I celebrated the specialness of yesterday, I celebrate the specialness of now, I’ll be celebrating the specialness of tomorrow
The celebration of specialness each day gives, the special celebration of the day never to come again
The celebration of specialness each day gives, the special celebration for the day never to come again
Celebrate the specialness in each day never to come again
