Post in this thread if you can't login to your account only if:

• You have tried to login again before making your post (you may of not been able to login a few days ago, but now it could work for whatever reason).
• You have tried resetting your password at http://www.hosting.zymic.com/password.jsp username is your site name NOT full domain name (so if you own site123.zxq.net enter site123 and email is the email you used to signup with).

You MUST post your website address in this topic and the problem. I will then one by one fix the possible problem for each post.

Have you reset the password?

i logged in the control panel then logged in to my hosted site, after logging in it says i will be redirected to the site's control panel but afterward it will say that im not logged in @ control panel and will be redirected back to the control panel home page, but when i get to the said home page, im already logged in!!

Hi There,

I have two hosting accounts under the username donjor,

hihibeachouse.zzl.org
donjor.zzl.org

I am working on both websites and so I logon to donjor.zzl.org, work a bit, and log off that account back to ZCP.
When I try to log in to hihibeachhouse.zzl.org it comes up with a message saying

"You are already logged into an account, you need to linkLogoutlink Before loging into another account."

I click on logout and I try again with the same result. I have tryed: logout completly, Closing webpage, restarting Computer; and nothing has worked!!!

I hope this can be fixed up.

give him some time he is the root admin and hes got other issues to deal also

so be patient

We aren't saying for him to try and fix it right now. We are just informing him of the problems, which we were asked to do, and what we have done.

Sidenote: It's now working.
