Hi there ,
there is some prob i cannot log in to my ftp site as i have to upload my portal's files.
the name is www.muskaan.zxq.com.
Although i have no pro in logging through your cp.
Please look in to my case ...

For a start its .net and not .com, are you entering:
FTP Address: muskaan.zxq.net
FTP User: muskaan@zxq.net
Password: yourpass
Port: 21
