Greetings
I have the site (owens-dicostanzo.zxq.net) I can log into the main control panel
and the web site panel but con not seem to get FTP to work. I have double and
triple checked the settings. I am using filzilla and when i try to
connect I get the following message


Status: Resolving address of owens-dicostanzo.zxq.net
Status: Connecting to 67.220.217.230:21...
Status: Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server".
Error: Could not connect to server

that means its your end not Zymic so check your firewall and if your from China then you wont be able to connect to Zymic at all
