what is the difference between 3D & 2D
SamSmith
2D and 3D refer to the actual dimensions in a computer's workspace. 2D is 'flat', using the X & Y (horizontal and vertical) axis', the image has only two dimensions and if turned to the side becomes a line. 3D adds the 'Z' dimension. This third dimension allows for rotation and depth. It's essentially the difference between a painting and a sculpture.

2D animation - is the traditional animation method that has existed since the late 1800s. It is one drawing followed by another in a slightly different pose, followed by another in a slightly different pose, on and on for 24 frames a second.

3D - 3D animation (aside from stop-motion, which really is a form of 3D animation), is completely in the computer. Things that you create in a 3D animation program exist in an X, Y & Z world. Instead of a drawing of a globe, I have a sphere that can actually turn 360 degrees.

Well in 2d dimensions there are several things differ from 3d as in 2d image has only two dimensions but in 3d there are 3 dimensions of image. As we play the games of computer in past years the games are also now coming in 3d.

The easiest way to explain the difference is by using examples of animation that you .

3D means three dimensional platform, pictures are depth and offer multiple perspectives. 2D means two dimensions platform. Pictures are flat, no depth and offer only one perspective. 3D is Sculpture and 2D is painting. example of 3D is a Cube and 2D example is a rectangle.

2d ispictures
3d is a three-dimensional model
2d game, if not done particularly fine character will see action in fact composed by a number of different pictures
3d game will see the left and right movements of the characters are very coherent does not occur such as running this action only four or five-screen look, but a not a coherent process interval
