i need help on uploading my required template onot my site help me please
OK... I'll try to keep this short and simple.
1) First, go into your account and log into the web hosting account you want to use.
2) Once logged in, go to the File Manager.
3) Upload the main files (not folders) by clicking on the Upload Files button. These files might include index.html , css.css , etc.
4) Once you have uploaded all the main files you will need to upload the images. Create a new folder by clicking on the New Folder button. Name the new folder exactly what the folder that contains the folders is named. Example: images
5) Now, go into that folder (by clicking on it) and upload the files that you want to into that directory.
And Behold! That's it! Your site should now have its new template up and running!
NOTES:
* New folders should be named the same so that the template works right. Capitalization MATTERS!

even though i followed what you said.. it appears to me that there is a header that shouldn't be there.. in fact it's not in the images folder and i don't know how to take it off..
Post a link to your website and one of us may be able to tell you what is wrong.
Just a tad hard to diagnose a problem without a link to it.
