here's my problem. i already install joomla 1.5 latest. but when i want to install component and template for joomla, it says 'Safe Mode restriction' and the installation is failed.
technically i have no basic abt web cms thingy. so, is anyone here tell me what is this 'Safe Mode restriction' means? and is there any possibilities to install component and template for joomla succesfully if i continously get this error?
