I can't creat a new username for my database connexion. Someone can help me ?

Log in to your account first. Then go to your control panel ( http://www.zymic.com/zcp/ )
From there, Login to your website account and go to its control panel (You'll be redirected. This page: http://hosting.zymic.com/user_index.jsp)
Once there, Click the database management link.

There's an option to create user in there.

Once you've created one, You'll have to assign it privileges.
If you have any problems while doing this, Please provide more details.

how many database users do you have cause its 3 MAX and you can not get it increased

I know HOW creat a new one, and i have no user yet. (Just one database...)

Indeed when you creat a new database, another webpage appears with the sentence "blablabla succefully". But when i want to creat a new user, there is a problem, i hit the button "creat a user" and it stay at the same webpage and i don't have a new user...

Ps: Sorry for my english, it's not my first language !
