Not being a big fan of PHP-Fusion, or anything like PHP-Nuke but
i do like the design.
Advantages:
- Nice clean layout
- I like the blue colour
Disadvantages:
- Its very dark i had to strain abit to read the text.

The icons on the left don't really match the site at all. Not to bad though. Its a real wide layout if you are keen of that, personally I like them a bit skinnier. Other then that, it's not bad. Color is a bit dark, but dark is better then to bright.
