The idea isn't bad, getting bigger might be unless you have solutions for that. But the website isn't bad, it's kind of bland. Lot of white space. Close off the content area maybe, or define it. It does have a somewhat web 2.0 look, which isn't bad. But I would add some kind of logo or change the banner a bit around to make it a tad more catchy.
