Hello, my name's Coco.

I'm having some issues getting my accounts to work. More specifically, I log into my main Zymic account. Then I log into one of my web host accounts. That works just fine. Then when I get to the file manager, I get this: http://i44.tinypic.com/skz0u9.jpg

And because of this, none of the pages associated with this web host account will load. This is occurring with two of my accounts and it's very frustrating. Were my accounts disabled or something? If so, why is this not occurring with my other web host accounts?

Edit: I also tried accessing it using the FTP manager. No dice.

ok all VNDV sites 0-9 and a-m were lost due to a HDD failer. so you will not be able to use that account anymore

Oh no. D: There's no possible way I can get a backup of my files?

no as Zymic does not keep any back-ups of any users account
