Well, if you're looking for some photoshop tutorials, Pixel2Life has almost all of them out there. It's probably the best you can find.

I have to admit, that is one great piece there. What kind of brushes did you use for that? I'm not too familiar with photoshop brushes as I use Fireworks more now-a-days for work.
