try proxy servers, in firefox just go to connection options and add in the ip address and port. You can find the list on hidemyass.com

then you can see all the porn and violence you want!

Due to the Bps (is what i call parental blocks) i cant use other browsers!!!! OMG, the one aol provides ... of course sux. I will try hidemyass when i get home because im at school now =( with blocks, but not as bad as crappy aol blocks. >.< As for Tom... yes I've been told to do that before by some of my bestest freinds! If hidemyass doesnt work I think aol is just going to have to be destroyed just get rid of a few random file and tweek mom out.

just have some fun in the internet options and i'm sure you'll be able to figure something out. I'd tell you how, but it's been something like two years since iv'e tried.

Disable the system service that runs it.

Figure out your moms account password and turn your filters off DUH. (Get someone to download a keylogger and get her password)

Maybe your mum is like my dad, She probably might of done it via the router control panel, I suggesy you try and gain access to the Router Control panel and browse around and see what ports have been blocked.. If that suceeds, You might be able to unblockany IP's which have been banned via the router.
Hopefully you will be able to acces it.
Or, You could do what I done. Watch your mum/dad or anyone login to their account who have Administrative Rights and remember their password. Once they log off, You login and then you Open up Control panel & go to user-accounts and change your oneto Admin Status. Then, You log back into your account and change all other Admin Accounts to 'Limited User' and then change your password. This should succesfully piss off your mum enough to get rid of the Parental Controls, And if this continues to happen.. Just do the steps over and over again. It will work eventually

If I were in that situation, I would run a keylogger such as GoldenEye (I think they have a demo at the bottom of the downloads page?) that can run silently in the background. Get your mum's password and disable parental blocks/make a new account without them/use her account (but try to make it not too obvious that it's been changed. I don't know what AOL's stuff looks like).

But that's just what I'D do. I wouldn't recommend anyone ELSE do that!

Exactly! And that doesn't sound like the problem, especially since he's stuck with AOL browser only. I'm glad I've always had my own PC.

I do not exactly get why you are stuck using the AOL browser? If you use dial-up...connect via the AOL browser, then just open up Mozilla/IE in a new window, but keep AOL up. Is that why you're stuck using that browser, because you're on dial-up?

As far as I can remember if someone has parental controls turned on for you AOL account, it won't let you use other browsers (I guess so it can control everything you do online). At least thats how I remember a friend of mine who had parental controls on his AOL.
