Hi, I'm new to the forum but not to Zymic. Recently I've been having a problem: I can not get into one of my web host accounts. I figured I'd forgotten the password, so I requested for a new one, and I got the email saying:

"You have a requested a password change; in order to finalize the operation, click the link below
[link]"

However, I click the link and it takes me to a separate page, but no new password. And now when I try to request a password change again, it just plain doesn't accept my email & web host name combination.

I'm willing to even delete this web host & start over, but unfortunately I can't get into it to delete it (as was suggested by the bot in live chat...). I guess my last hope is to contact an admin somehow? Unless someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong with the password change request.
