I'm a newbie here. Unfortunately, when I tried to access for a webhosting service it was
disabled because of the abuses(?) made by my some of my countrymen (sorry to hear that).
My question is, when will this service be activated for Philippine usage? Does your
'unitl further notice' requires how many years? decades? centuries?
It's good that you have protocols for abusive users. But to the extent that this affects
the whole 'country-users' as well is something that you should think twice.
I suggest that 'abusers' account should be blocked for accessing or be removed from
your site.
I think it's fair enough.
