Hello everyone. I am Jerome and this is my first post. smile.gif
I try to use file manager to upload the files for my domain but it says "File manager temporarily offline." So I connected to my root directory through FTP client. Now I just see one / in my remote site listing as a "Path to your website" and I see two files .ftpquota and index.html. (thats clear enough for my main domain). Now I added a domain and I pointed it to this plan but I don't see any subfolder or anything where can I upload the files for my addon domain... how can I get to the folder htdocs where all addon domain folders should be?

In the control panel says
Path to your website
/www/99k.org/w/e/b/websitedesigncompany/htdocs/

but i can't find this path when I connect through FileZilla

Any help would be appreciated.

on FTP your path is just / cause the path that you see on your hosting account is your base_dir for your site coding

Thanx for the reply.

Ok, so does that mean that I am already in the htdocs folder and con't go one level up?
If that is the case than I just have to create a new directory with the name of a addon domain, right?
Does this new directory have to have domain extensions, like .co.cc or?

if you add a custom domain, it will use the root directory cause you are parking the domain

O, I see. So basically there is only one website per hosting account and all the other domains are being redirected to that one. thats still good. Thanx for the info.
