i removed my account that is sutcom.zxp.com (with custom domin sutcom.ir )but it apeaer don't apply.
because after on i registerd rnabati.zxp.net and i want to add a custom domain (that's same sutcom.ir), i faced with message

Domain name already exists
i am very gratefull that someone give help me!

when you delete the hosting account with the custom domain still attached to the hosting account, it will remain attached. you will have to wait a week for the account to be fully deleted

my problem is very strange , because after deleting sutcom.zxq.net for a while i faced a error that didn't allow to recrate , but today i am recreate
sutcom.zxq.net successfully.

my attached domain(same sutcom.ir) isn't clear, and i change the DNS record from domain registerer, yet redirect to zymic.com .



please help me more!

your domain is nowhere pointed to our servers if you look at http://intodns.com/sutcom.ir so if i were you check your DNS Settings

you're rights. but because after changing dns record redirect to your server, you by going to http://sutcom.ir found out that my dns set your servers.
Is interesting to note when i request http://www.sutcom.ir don't face with problem...

well make sure only our NS Servers are on your hosting account and wait anywhere from an hr to 48 before adding it to your hosting account under Add Custom Domain

What's Your mean's?

it means look on your custom domain and make sure you have our NS Servers on it and no body else's

i'm sure that my custom domain doesn't exist in your services and my dns set on other servises(ns1.gigfa.com,ns2.gigfa.com).

I won't to be sutcom.ir in your services. it mean I buy Host from gigfa.com and set my custom domain here and in http://www.sutcom.ir no problem but http://sutcom.ir redirect your server.it seem your server have my domain information and don't allow tha delete my custom domain.
i saw that i have deleted my hosting account (sutcom.zxq.net with attached domain sutcom.ir) and to access again my configuration to delete custom domain sutcom.ir ,recreate on and there's no custom domain and not allowed me to add sutcom.ir and show the message
"domain name already exist" while by deleting hosting account remain in configuration.

well if you deleted a hosting account before releasing the custom domain first, then its going to remain on that hosting account till our server deletes that hosting account

after deleting my hosting account (same sutcom.zxq.net) that I recreated , it is possible that my problem is solved?
