Tell me what speed in kbps you get, along with your country location and ISP connection speed (e.g. if you are on a 5mb package, say 5mb) You do not have to download the whole file, but a substantial amount until the speed starts to average.

Only around 200kbps. Comcast Cable, New Jersey USA. I get speeds well over a meg on super fast servers.
