Hi, my website account has been suspended while is was uploading Prestashop to test it.
I donīt know the reason of this, but prestashop is a open source onlineshop and doesnīt broken Zymic's terms of service to report to my local authorities and ISP also.
I need Zymic cancel this action, how can i do it?

that part is not our fault as its the datacenter's control server fault
