I found their website a month or so ago and have been using it quite a bit since than (maybe too much). It's quite helpful and easy.
It's a javascript framework thats easy to use and makes things like Ajax, Json, CSS effects and just generally managing your elements a hell of a lot easy and faster, plus its cross-browser. I mainly use if for the effects. They have some demos on their site, here, if you want to see what I mean. Or you can check the effects on my site (I had to plug my site at some point...
