Hi, i am using joomla on my website and i cant unpolad templates to it because the php safe mode is on so can you turn safe mode off please so i can use joomla my website is cilfynydd-afc.zxq.net

.Please use search in future as this has been covered numerous times. We are not going to disable safe mode, it should be possible to install a template; not being versed in joomla you will have to refer to the documentation on manual install.
