Hi - When I connect via filezilla to my site I can connect fine and I have no problems with the initial login and connection etc.

The problem is that the ftp connection fails because filezilla can not retrieve a file listing from my home page.

This issue is server side, so how do I go about getting this corrected as I can not upload my site pages until this is corrected.

Any thoughts on how to get this fixed are appreciated.

you should be able to do it just fine cause i can and so can other users so it can be you didnt increase your timeout to 120 so do that, restart your FTP Client and if that doesnt work, then it can be a firewall problem
