make sure you first have a hosting account then to add a custom domain, go to your hosting account control panel to see the NS Servers for you to use. Then add them to your custom domain and you will need to wait 12 to 24 and even 48 hrs before adding it to your hosting account under "Add Custom Domain"

Is it possible to just point my www-address to my zymic account?
I´ve everything set with mail and everything thru Google and so on. I just want zymic to answer on www requests, is this possible without transfering the complete domain?

no we are a non-www host so that means www will redirect to the non-www counterpart

Pls how do i access the control panel to register my domain name and besides your team created this site in a user "unfriendly" manner. navigation is difficult. i dont even know where to click to send this. thank you.

you just go to Add Custom Domain to add your custom domain on your hosting account

What am I missing where is the add custom domain? its not in the control panel that I see.

its not in the zymic.com/zcp panel its in the hosting account control panel
