One fine day I found that my website
http://feedback.99k.org is not available

Then I tried to find it in my zymic control panel but to my surprise it not there in the list.

My website is no more visible but if I ping it. I get a reply

hop on the livechat at http://livechat.zymic.com/hosting please

just try to open your site on the other day...pinging your site and you get reply means your site is still there. zymic having maintenance maybe...

Same Problem for me, I also thought it was maintenance, but it's not available for more than 3weeks.

I don't even have the backup of my docs.

I need the website back at any cost, Please help me out.
