Today I tried to register 2 subdomains and got disconnected part way through the process. I tried www.zymic.com and the page would not load. So I figured your servers were down. I went back this afternoon and was able to get access but the subdomains are not now available (they are 1coc.zxq.net and coc1.zxq.net).

Can you advise why now the subdomains are not available anymore and/or fix the problem?

Update on the previous post. I have received emails confirming that I have successfully registered the subdomain (both), but when I log into my control panel, they are not there.

what were the sub-domains and when did you try to register them and please try and use GMT to help us even better

Still not on my list of subdomains and I cannot register (name taken)? Like I said, I received the confirmation email, but they are not on my subdomain list. I can connect using an ftp program and the "successfully setup" index.html is present. I want them on my subdomain list so that I can setup databases etc.

Unfortunately it seemed as though the registration was disrupted mid way through assigning your hosting account to your Zymic account and did not complete. I removed both domains so please attempt to create new domains and post back here if it still does not work.
