I have proof because he emailed me telling me he stole my design (I have copies of this email) and told me that he is profitting off it. I have visited his website because he sent me the link telling me that he stole it and it is identical to my site. I have a copyright notice on my site and he still went ahead and stole my design as well as redistributing it as his own and putting his own copyright notice on it and selling it. I don't know how to "sue" someone, but I would like someone to suggest to me something I can do and help me out if possible.

you can report the website to the web host as saying he has infrig on your copyright with the proof of e-mails and they will take it down for you and might even report him to the local police in his area

Thanks for the reply. He is using a .net domain, so I don't know what his host is. Do you know how I can find his host?

I think I'm not going to do anything. Right now, I don't want to deal with it.. I've change my website location so he won't be able to continually steal from my site.
