Looks like the index page has no info in it. Did you recently update your index page and possibly update it with the wrong index file?
Try uploading your web back from your backup files of your web from your local computer. If the web vanishes (changes again, someone is messing with you) in that case change your web hosted account password. If you do this and the same still happens there is a distinct possibility that your local computer has been compromised by someone spying on your keyboard entries - in other words... you picked up a nasty!
