I cant enter in the packages manager , i enter the ftp information but didnt work , what i can do?

you go to admin > packages > and then you upload and install the packages, if you are having a error in the packages manager panel just delete all the SMF files in your FTP and re-upload them, make sure the packages folder CHMOD is 777 and same for the and everyfile in that folder is set to 777
