If there is a particular problem with our service make sure you check our announcements located at
http://www.zymic.com/forum/index.php?showforum=2 as we often post mainstream problems there.
Use a bit of sense; if there is obviously a current problem and lots of members are "complaining", don't be one of those people and create an identical topic about the issue - we will already be aware of the issue, you will just be clogging up the forum.
