I started out here and uploaded a couple of pages and they worked fine.
I started to get careless and made mistakes along the way and decided to change them and then re-uploaded/edited.
However, I didn't check right after that to see if it fixed right away but today i found more mistakes and re-uploaded/edited and the changes did not take place right away. Is there an approximate wait time for these changes to occur?

Hi,

Like you, I am a newbie to this server and in the past 24 hours have managed to transfer my webpages, I have had to modify them during this process, on a number of occasions and the changes have been more or less instantaneous.

well what has been happing is that our servers are busy and so if you get slowness on your FTP, its just due to peak hrs and give it some time and you will be able to see the changes and make sure that you increase your timeout to 120 on your FTP Client
