Hey guys, I'm new here. I wanted to make a site from a template since I don't know any programming except HTML and a bit of VBScript. Thing is, none of the templates match the way that I had planned the site. So I wanted to know if I'm allowed to change anything in the site? Like maybe the color of the bars or the pics in the template. I won't remove the copyright line at the footer, just wanna know if it is ok change the template site to my liking.
Also, how can I change the templates? I'm hoping there will be a PSD file or something. If not, how do I change the template?

yes you can change anything but the footer on the free template untill you pay for it to remove it
